Do the rip and strip to the interior of your car, anywhere that you can get this stuff adhered to the inside of the metal exterior skin is a place to start. When you have your car apart, start it up and jump into the back seat and listen to various areas for exhaust noise first, start there. Next install a temporary cd / amp / sub and spark it up. That vehicle will start to rattle everywhere, start with the worst areas and go from there. Sometimes you have to take out the taillights and license plates etc. in order to find these rattles, but keep at it. You may have too much, you may have not enough, nothing wrong with using extra, just use it on the largest areas to add mass to them. The bigger the panel, generally the easier it moves and rattles. Line the inside of the door skins as well as behind the door panel. Make sure that when you put this stuff on that you remember how the interior panels attach to the vehicle and make allowances for this. Dive in and get goin'.
