I wouldn't buy them, unless I knew what they were and how they sounded ahead of time.  In fact, I wouldn't recomend buying ANY audio equipment you have not had a chance to listen to.

Run, run away, far away, there is a whole plethora of no name brands sold on e-bay with some really amazing claims (bet ya they can even make your dick grow). Like the post above I would recommend you go into your local specialty shop and listen to the tweeters. There is a huge difference in sound, size and capabilities on the market today. I like MB Quart tweeters, so do a lot of my customers, but not everyone likes the price. Listen to what your ears are telling you and your wallet can afford, a good shop will be able to find you something to fill your need.

The eBay tweeters you linked to appear to be piezo tweeters. Similar tweeters can be bought at Radio Shack for $15 or so. Perhaps useful to add some highs to a stock system; they can be hooked up using a simple parallel connection with the existing speaker wire. But the truth is that they are harsh sounding.  STAY AWAY.
