What size fuse are you using? Also what amp do you have? And do you know how your speakers are wired to the amp?

My brother-in-law had this same problem. He ended up having a short in his power wire. It ended up melting and smoking.

If that amp put out 1200 watts rms you would draw about 93 amps of current which would defiantly blow a 25 amp fuse. However I don’t think your amp is putting out a true 1200 watts, so what I would do is add up the fuse ratings on the amp, and match that to the fuse on the + 12 volt at the battery. So if your amp has 2 X 30 amp fuses use a 60 amp fuse at the battery. Also what size cable are you using for your power and ground (just want to make sure they are the correct size)?

Thanks For The advice. So since my amp uses a 60 amp fuse I would use a 60size fuse for the one connected to my battery? The size wire Im using for the ground I think is 8 gauge or 6.

Your amp has 2X30? Or are you using my example? But if your amp dose have a 60 amp fuse then yes use the 60 at the battery. Also from a 60 amp fuse, the power ratings are about 768 total watts rms 384 rms per sub. As far as the 8 gauge wire that is sufficient.
