My friend has a Kenwood cd player with the D-Mask feature and he SAYS he lost the anti theft key. I dont know if he did or if it is stolen or what. I was wondering if there is any way to get the cd player working again without the key. Any help would be appreciated.

Try taking it to a local Circuit City and see if they can help you out.... and make sure he brings the remote too!!
