Each sub is 500 watts max so I figure the rms is about 250-300 watts. As far as the amp goes I would suggest a JBL 1200.1 https://www.purecaraudio.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=322 it is a good quality amp with a reasonable price. As far as wiring the subs (3) 4ohm dvc subs is a odd number, the best wiring configuration you can do is 2.67 ohms in Series Parallel https://www.audiobahninc.com/tech/wiring/Series_Parallel_dual_4_ohm.pdf
