can you heat and "mold" or bend plexiglass to get round edges on an exclosure made of plexiglass? Also whats the best way to attach plexiglass ends together?

I'm no expert in working with Plexi, but yes, it can be bent into any number of shapes, and glue is how it is put together. If you have a Tap Plastics near your location, talk to them about your ideas. They are the best general retail shop I know about with plastics and they will steer you straight. Good luck!

I have bent plexi glass, but it is really hard to do without getting small cracks in the glass, just heat with a low torch or lighter works well, and bend but be sure to get it hot enough or it will crack off... just my way of doing it... dont kill me if it doesnt work for your app

The easiest way to form plexiglass is to heat the glass in boiling water, You will of course need a large pan or shallow tray. I used a large bakers sheet put onto a kerosene heater. Keep water at boil and flex to desired shape. I was able to form 360 degree circle... Good Luck
