i m installing 2 10w7 in my rear seat of my mustang...jl recommends the 500/1 ... but the shop i m going to is recommending 1000/1...

should i just go with the 500/1....will i get ne more performance if i use the 1000/1?

Personally, I would run the 1000/1 if it will be running the pair, also, don't forget to grab the 3 ohm subs, for obvious reasons. later maxx

btw, the 500/1 will provide upwards of 300w per sub at best

I have the same subs with a 500/1 for each, the 1000/1 would typically have the same result.  Also, since they only make a 3 ohm model and the amp is a regulated power supply it wont increase the output to have different wiring methods!

I would also recommend heavily supplementing your charging system if doing these or any high output amps
