Please Help , I am new to this, Have a 2003 Pathfinder , crooks stole radio out of it and cut the harness, was able to pick up a used one from the salvage yard, bought an Metra harness kit , evrything work except my dash lights and radio light does not light up when I turn on the headlights, the radio display goes out completely. Factory AM/fmcassette and single cd player. Thanks !

sounds like when the wires were bare the illumination wire grounded and blew a fuse. Check your fuse's.

Have light on glove box , but none in dash and center console, when I touch the illumination wire to Constant 12V the dash lights up and so does the console . Where Did I mess up?
