Hi, I would like to use my door speaker cable to create a blinking LED on the door for the alarm, the only problem is that the LEDs blow up when the radio is on.  It is very difficult to feed new wires to the door because there is no space

hmmm that an odd idea... you could use a relay to disconeect from the radio when the car is off, and reconnect back to the radio when the car is on. i would not use both of the speaker wires though, just let one float and use the chassis for ground... i dont know about the whole idea though... hah

by accident, some times when filling up with petrol, the system is still on, 2 mins later the immobiler kicks in and the LED starts flashing

You can't get one 20-22 gauge wire to fit in there somehow?

only way it to cut the wire harness, but then the wires will be unprotected
