I have one L7 15" kicker solo baric and I need an amp that will put out about 1000 watts rms at 2 ohms. Im tired of buying all the cheap stuff hoping it will push the speaker (even though it sounded pretty good) I know the speaker needs alot more. The only amp I had close to giving the kicker what it wanted was the JBL 1200.1. I dont want to spend no more than $350.00 on the amp. I know thats not alot but my money looking funny. I recently saw a power acoustik SPL amp that puts out about 740 watts RMS at 2 ohms mono. Probably not according to 12 volt. But thats what it says. I know that is a low end product line but just throwing something out there .. Help me out guys.

Alpine MRD-M1000 on e-bay for $500,,,its a few pennies more than what you want to spend, but if your read up on what your getting, , im shure you will decide to spend a little more. Even look into JBL's amps,,they are basically the same as the alpine, and the same price range,,,but the best amps you will find.
