Ram ’98- install, any opinions?

i need to install an Xtant 3300 amp which is huge- an xbox and components in front and rear with huge crossover boxes too. thinking about building a center console- something simple, main concern is the amp location (cant go behind the seat.) and there is a downfiring speaker box under the seat.

The amp is fan cooled, you may be able to hide it behind the back seat cushions, but it is a really nice piece of equipment, I would want to showcase it. I would make a rack for it in the center console and cover it in plexiglass / led's or neon.
