hey guys,

Im working on a 99 navigator and the factory amp got toasted by the customer switching battery cables. Now i get to find it. was wondering if anyone came across the amp while working on one. i really appreciate any held

Ford SUVs usually hide the factory amp in the very rear cargo area, passenger side, underneath the rearmost side- window... you usually have to remove a rather large panel to access it. Whether this is the case for the navigator, I'm not sure, but it being a Ford owned company, the chances are rather high that you'll find it there.
