Well if your radio is stock it should look like so:
Constant 12V+ | GREEN/ Purple |
Switched 12V+ | BLACK/ Pink |
Ground | BLACK/ Green |
Illumination | Light Blue/Red |
Dimmer | n/a |
Amplifier Remote | Blue |
Antenna | Right Front |
Front Speakers | 6" x 8" Doors |
Left Front (+) | Gray/Light Blue |
Left Front (-) | Tan / YELLOW |
Right Front (+) | WHITE/ Light Green |
Right Front (-) | Dark GREEN/ Orange |
Rear Speakers | 6" x 8" Rear Corners |
Left Rear (+) | ORANGE / Light Green |
Left Rear (-) | Light Blue/White |
Right Rear (+) | ORANGE / Red |
Right Rear (-) | BROWN / Pink |
And then look for a black round cable that connects to the back of your radio, that should be the disk changer.
Hope that helps,

Hrmmm... It could possibly be one of those exclusive factory specials, where they throw in some extra goodies for no extra charge in order to entice you into buying one... The problem with that is that those specials are not usually documented very well because of the limited nature of their make. I would suggest calling your Ford Dealership's parts department and asking them if they have a plug that will do it.

I have a 2003 F-150 with an in-dash 6-disc changer and i recently upgraded the HU w/ an Alpine unit. It had 2 plugs in the back as well. I went to Wal-Mart and picked up a Scosche wiring harness for $6 and hooked it up to only one of the ford wiring plugs. The other is just "hanging" out in the dash. I'm not sure what it does, but I haven't had any problems with the radio or the vehicle. Usually the xtra plug is for addtional power to the radio (premium systems) or addtional radio controls for the people in the back seat. Yeah you may not have audio controls in the back seat for each door, but Ford doesn't care and they're not gonna make 15 different wiring harnesses for 15 different cars. Sometimes the wires that are there are extra....
