TRY HOOKING UP A LIGHT BETWEEN THE THE POWER FROM BATT.TO THE POWER ON THE CAP (INLINE)ONCE IT LIGHTS UP IT IS CHARGE D.IF YOU HAVE AN LCD AND DONT CHARGE IT YOU WILL GET A STRONG SPARK AND PROBABLY FRY THE LCD .
