capacitor wiring and adjusting?

How should the cap be wired- inbetween the battery and distribution block  to the amps? Or with dist block (to amps) inbetween the cap and battery? The cap is an spl 2.4f its a cheapo and I don't really trust the info they give e.g.  no real instructions,no explanation of adj. on cap(any ideas?) and their website is up for sale. So hopefully they just marketed the thing. Anyways they recommend the latter wiring scenario. Was wondering if anyone else did. I thought current flowed one way (DC) and wiring on a T would require two way flow, wouldn't it?

The adjustment on the cap is a very small blue square w/ a yellow circle in the middle. circle has shallow phillips type head. I figure its brightness of readout or leds.

the cap should be between the battery and distro. blocks.

Thats how I was planning on wiring it. Any idea about the adjustment on top of the cap?
