I've got an amp. that the power light is blinking and the subs are pulseing noise. Why is this happening

Sounds like you may have blowen your amp.  Check your power and ground, make sure you have 12+v at the amp.  Check that the trig wire is working.  Dissconnect the subs, if amp turns on,  if amp turns on you may have a cooked sub, or too low impedence for the amp.
