I installed a XM Commander sat system into a '04 Lexus, and after installing it the radio would not pickup AM reception unless the RF modulator was unplugged and the ant plugged back into the radio. I tried another RF modulator but still no luck. I called XM Radio and they told me I should know better than them, and basically there was nobody at XM that would know.

Did you try hooking up a switch that turned the rf mod on, and off?

the delphi unit doesnt come with a switch like the sirius kenwood PnP system, because when you turn on the delphi ski-fi unit, it turns off the modulator.
