i have a cda-7995 from alpine, it comes with a silver face with blue buttons, is there anyway to change the colors of the buttons to green, or is there another face that would work in place of it. I bought that one specifically because it had the blue color, now that i own a new truck everything is green and would like it to match.

Assuming you are electronicly inclined, and very good with a soldering iron. You could very well replace all the LED's from behind with what ever color you wish.
I know one friend who simply went the cheap route and used colored plasitc film and applied adheasive to the film material.
Then took an exacto knife and cut it out perfectly to match so as it was recessed with the casing.
Either way, there is some serious sweat equity coming your way to do this.

I really don't know. For all I know the button is colored and not the lighting.
If the button is colored, then you are luckier. You simply have to remove them, and paint them with what ever paint you wish.
If painting is not your liking, then using that ceram film material which has a high stretch media, would also do the trick.
Either way, there is some serious work cut out for you.
But like they say, where there is a will, there is a way...
