Recently installed a mono amp this is my first experience with a mono only amp. Would it help having a mono input feeding it? The crossover I'm using is a H/K CXO-1. Has 6 sets of outputs but 5 are live, can't get the mono out to work, my head doesn't have the 3rd out so whadoido? Can I split the head out to make a third, will the c/o then feed the mono out?

A mono input feeding your mono amp wouldnt help if performance wise. I think you would get a better signal to your amp if you fed it a stereo input. If your crossover has a full range output just use that and use the amps crossover instead of your crossovers crossover. It should work fine.
