The 300/4 would be fine for you XR set and another set of speakers also.

I'm not familiar with the bmw model numbers, but if thats a two door it would be 4" for the rear.  Does it have speakers in the rear deck or to the side of each rear passenger?  If they are to the side behind the front door, it would be 4".  The 300/4 will sound great at 75watts rms at each corner.  It might lack a little low end  though, but it will be nice and clear.  I have also been told you can never have to much power when it comes to good speakers.

Speakers Specs
Location:KICK PANELSREAR
Size:5.25 '' Speaker4 '' Speaker
Depth2''2''
They are both nice amps, but the 450 ( channels 1&2 150 watts 3&4 75 watts)  is a better match for the XR525-CSi's ( 125 watts rms @ 4 ohms) just find some rear speakers that are 75 watts rms each. But if this was my install I would look into Eclipse or Diamond for the amps. You will get much better SQ for around the same price https://diamondaudio.com https://www.eclipse-web.com

I think the JL 1000/1 on the subs is a littel overkill, I have 2 12w6v2's on a 500/1 in a sealed box and it hits damn hard. I would look at a 1000/1 if I were running something like a 10w7 or 12w7.

I had a 500/1 to my 12w6v2's, great.
I upgraded to a 1000/1, much better.
It hits harder and rumbles like a vibrator. The only problem I'm having now is voltage. When I jam for a few minutes I notice my volts around 12.

very nice setup,   if you are planning to up the voltage issues later on i would go ahead and get the 450/4    like what was said before too much power is not a bad thing with quality speakers, then you can take your gain down and get a very nice clean signal.    if you ever want to go vented for your w6v2's let me know i have some great plans for boxes....1.38 cu ft at 38.5 hz works extreamly well for the 10's    about 1.54 works for the 12's with 36.4hz tuning   thats a great street beating box
