I am needing info about what wire to tap for a signal to turn on an amp for an '04 Sunfire. I don't want to run it off of the head unit b/c of the data bus system...I was told by one installer to use the wire coming from the fuse block from the wipers b/c that was an actual accessory not associated with the computer. What color is that wire? And are there any other wires that would be safe to tap onto for a turn on lead for an amp? Thanks a lot!

Hello? I'm new to this forum...is the 04 Sunfire the same as an 03? I just need to know a safe wire to use for a turn on lead for an amp! thanks

i use the Brown wire in the main ignition harness.
