28 Ohms if you wire in series and only around 1.5 Ohms if you wire in parallel

What are the 10 ohms resisters for?

Assuming you use one resistor per tweeter, and wire everything in series, roughly 36 ohms(2 tweeters = 8 ohms plus 2 speakers = another 8 plus 2 (10ohm) resistors).  If you wire everything in parallel, you'll get below 1ohm (1/(1/4+1/4+1/4+1/4+1/10+1/10)).  There are multiple series/parallel configurations you could use as well.

I would not recommend hooking everything to one channel, though.  Why would you do so?

If you have an external 4 channel amp just run the coaxes and 6 X 9s off of it then connect your tweeters to your head-unit's 4 channel amp.
