2 L5 10" or One L5 12

would the two tens give better sound quality , an how much louder will the two 10's be than the twelve?

i would be runnin 600watts to the 12

an abouth 350 to each of the 10's but they are rated 450 rms

and now for the amp

should i go JBL 600.1

A RF punch amp near the same watts

or a crunch

Do the two 10" L5 and the Junk  But  Loud amp. It will give you the results that you are looking for, or consider a single Eclipse aluminum 12" and any 2 channel amp that bridged gives you 500w rms, this will probably leave the L5's wondering wtf just happened here?

Don't park your car anywhere near where I run a snowplow, If I know who you are (and you don't shop at my store posted_image) chances are you won't be going anywhere soonposted_image.....hehe

What kind of sound are you after and what vehicle is this mounted in? What kind of cd player are you using? Do you have a budget?

I thought that you had 300 watts to go to each sub? What kind of box will you be building and do you plan on running this system at full out all the time? I've got to head home now so I'll leave it up to someone else to answer. Time to go bury the obnoxious bass heads that wake me up at night....revenge is sweet and best served with a snowplow posted_image.

i will be runnin 300watts to each of them

but they are rated at 450rms

so what i want to kno is if the speakers will play good even though they are underpowered by 150 wattsrms each

I like the Kicker square subs...I have the Kicker 1200.1 on two RF HX2's. Lol that was a little off topic huh? My bad, 10's have a punchier sound...12's have a deeper sound..Pick one.

In all honesty, I would get a single 10" L7 over two 10" L5s.  The L7 has a better sound, and are often under rated in wattage.  I have a 12" L7 and have fed it over 900 watts RMS.  (it's rated at 750)

Kicker solo-barics are designed for Volume and SPL, not quality. If you want quality buy an Infinity or an Eclipse.
