My 93 Chrysler Concorde's radio is giving me some trouble. The factory radio does not play any sound. It lights up when turned on but no music. The radio is getting juice to it but noticed that there was one plug-in not filled on the back side of the radio. It is the round plug-in and I am wondering if this may be where my problems are at? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

hi,

on all headunits there will be spaces or holes that arent filled, but make sure the holes with audio input and sub input are filled, they power the speakers.

Did this radio work and then all of a sudden stop working, or have you taken it out and replaced it with another? Chances are the round plug is for the antenna if the radio was removed or if it just died all of a sudden it may be for another outboard option like a cd player / changer. Does this round hole have multiple wire connections in it or is it infact the antenna plug?
