What do you mean power if from? Are you trying to power the amp or the speakers?

Direct from the battery and make sure it is fused within 18" of the battery, a fuse size of 30 amps should be fine. Make sure the ground wire is the same size as the power wire and connected to a good solid clean grounding point. A 8 gauge power / ground wire should easily take care of this amp or a larger one should you use one down the road. You can purchase any numbers of amplifiers wiring kits from many different stores and e-tailers.
