I am trying to find out which amplifier would be best for running two JL 10" W7 subs. Currently i am looking at a JL 1000, a Rockford Fosgate BD 1501 Power, and a Earthquake PH-D3 Destroyer. Which one would be the best. If anyone thinks there is another that would be better please let me know
Thanks
Kevin
A Planet Audio APD is an awesome amp with an unparalleled warranty to match it, 5 years vs. 2 from Rockford. This makes the amp much more valuable if you are to sell it down the road. Concept makes a good Class D mono sub amp with a 3 year warranty, model # CCD1200, Crossfire VR1000D is another really good amp. Both of these amps are engineered to operate at 1 ohm mono and should work great for you.

Top Secret, I can tell you but then my wife will kill me.
If you really want a powerfull amp and want to really push those subs and not break the bank! look on ebay for 1 or 2 kicker xs100's i have one powering 2 subs for on the street use, and 2 for comp use. they power very very well, but they drain a massive amount of current 150amps
