no speaker out after head unit is replaced i used panasonic in box radio and a metra harness whitch plugs right in.radio lights up but no output

You may have a factory amplifier in that vehicle that needs to be bypassed. alot of times, aftermarket radios are not compatable with fact. amps. Try hooking up the blue amp turn on wire on the harness, if you have done this or it doesn't work, you need to bypass the amp.
