Ok here's the deal

I have a sony head unit and at first i had to stock speakers hooked up to the front and i had 2 subs on the back with a 500w amp. It all worked good. Then I installed a viper hv210 keyless entry and starter kill. That all worked fine also. The I put 2 rear speakers in and every now and then the head unit, my clock, my interior light, and the lighter socket would shut off and then come back on and i would lose the time on my clock and my settings on my headunit etc....then yesterday I installed new front and rear speakers and a new 1200w amp. Now the amp and subs work fine but when i turn the volume up on my stereo now everything shuts off sometimes for a couple seconds and then sometimes until i turn the car on and off again. I'm gonna check all the my connections again and solder themand check with voltmeter but MY QUESTION IS why are all the electronics in my car shutting off because of my head unit. Would having the positive and negative wires on speakers switched cause this?? Or is my Viper messing with my accessory switch?? I don't think any fuses are blown and if they were I don't know why it would come back on.

Any Thoughts/Tips/Ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Check the speaker leads going to the rear speakers. Make sure they arn't loose and grounding on the vehicles chassis or if any of them are cut or pinched.
