Im almost 100% sure that this is not possible but I thought Id ask all you guys anyways.  I have 4 12" Lightning Audio subs in my trunk.  2 are 200RMS and 2 are 300RMS, well all 4 subs are 8 ohm and is there anyway at all to take all 4 subs to 4 ohm so i could bridge them and put my amp in mono.  I have a 600watt RMS Lightning amp.  Right now i have them in pairs, 2 in one channel and 2 in another, id like all 4 subs to just bridge.  Lemme know if this is possible.  Thanks

You have them connected the best way for that amp.  4 @ 8-ohms will give you a 2-ohm load with them all in parallel.  Get a better amp that will handle the 2-ohm load.  Oh by the way, your amp is a stereo amp, not a "mono block.".

Hey DYohn, he never said he had a mono block, where did you get that? so i don't know why you made that little comment. He said he wanted to bridge it so he could run it mono, instead of stereo

Do not bridge the amp to mono with an all parallel load, this will lead to certain death for this amp. Either continue running the sub in a parallel - stereo configuration or as Dyohn correctly suggested a mono amp that will operate at 2 ohms (or 1 ohm) that will give the proper amount of power. The Lightning Storm x1.1000.1d is a great amp if you are a Lightning fan.

soccer_aholic, look in the guy's footer. He lists "1 Lightning Audio S2.600.2 Mono-block Amp".
