how can I install a new CD player for

93 ACCORD SE (with BOSE system on it).

From the car there are only 4 positive wires for the speaker. On the new CD player there are 4 positive

and, 4 negative wires. So where can I connect those negative wires to.

Please help, thank

Buy yourself a wiring harness from Metra that will plug into the OEM plug and then wire the Metra plug wires to the new CD player.
