What would be the best way to wire 4 power acoustik fubr 10's to a power acoustik OV2-1600 power acoustik amp. The amp is 310 x 2 RMS@ 4 ohms, 370 x 2 RMS@ 2 ohms, and 740 x 1 RMS mono. But is only 2 ohm stable stereo. The subs are dual 2 ohm voice coil.

The only safe way to wire a set of 2-ohm DVC subs to that amplifier is to wire them for 4-ohms (both VCs in series) and connect them to the amp in stereo.  (4-ohm load on each channel.)  It is not a great match.

I agree with DYohn, this isn't a good match at all. You'll only get the 310 watts per sub since you'll be providing a 4ohm load to each channel. But that's your only safe wiring with this setup. Here's how each sub should be wired per channel...
