WHAT'S THE OHM'S FOR 1 SVC 4 ohm + 1 DVC 4 ohm = ??.  COULD I GET 3 ohm with 2 subwoofer?

Do you plan to run them both off of one amp?  That is not a good idea, as the sub with the lower impedence will utilize more power and be louder.  Always match subs when hooking them up together,.

WELL, I GOTTA GO UNHOOK MY CAR SYSTEM.  THANKS FOR THE WARNING.  THAT'S WHY I CAN'T FIND ANY INFOR RELATE TO HOOKING UP SVC & DVC FROM ANY MANUFACTURERS. 

COULD I HOOKUP TOGETHER USING  1 SVC 8 ohm's SUB & 1 DVC 4 ohm's SUB????

Yes, as along as the impedence of each sub is equal (meaning wiring them both at 8 ohms) then connect to the amp in parallel for a net 4-ohm load on the amp.
