ok i have a question for a bandpass box.  i wanted to know if you have a port that neds to be like 14" long could you have two 7" ports instead or is this completely wrong, can you divide the length between several ports or not?

No, that is not how things work, research bandpass more and learn about it first before you decide to go on that choice of a box.
