looking for aux-in for a factory radio in  a 2003 yukon w/ bose and onstar.  there is no factory outboard cd player.  need to play audio from aftermarket dvd through factory system.  fm mods suck.

please help!

You can't use that adaptorposted_image. You have to have a factory slave unit(external cd or tape).

If your are not finding what you are looking for check with Sound Gate. They have just come out with a bunch of new interfaces for GM/onstar/aux input/xm radio....    I think they will have what you are looking for.

You can't use the #AAI-GM24? It says stand-alone and doesn't mention anything about needing to have the cd player. Here is what is says specifically "Unlike our AAI-GM12, the AAI-GM24 works with vehicles that do not come with factory XM, factory DVD or factory external CD changer. ". I haven't used it but you could always call to check.
