ok i just purchased the memphis 2000D amplifier, aka memphis mojo amp.  and on the website it says, " cannot be used in bridged pairs"  what exactly does this mean.  cause i have 2memphis mojo 15"s.  with that be a problem hooking them up?

thts  a nice amp man, i got that amp for 900 bucks canadian from my local retailer since they screwed upo my order on my memphis mc1000d, so i got a nice deal out of that!!!

sorry to jump into to your psot, my i was waondering if any body knows if iw ould be alright to run the memphis mojo at 1 ohm, it says only 2 ohm, but, you think it would be alright to run at 1 if the gains were kept down

when they say that it cannot be run in bridged pairs they mean that you cannot run it in parallel with another mojo, on other memphis class D's there is a bridging module that you can purchase to run the amps together to double output. example two 1000D's bridged would equal a 2000w mojo, it also double the minimum impedance from 1 ohm on one 1000d to 2 ohm's on a bridged pair.

No it would not be alright to run this amp at 1ohm with the gains lowered, it might work for months and then fry on you. This amp is not 1 ohm stable, you are risking damaging the amp if you run it that low and will void the warranty from memphis if it fry's.
