Hi all, my dilema is this. I've built a custom triple sub fiberglass box for me 3 RF punchs, unfortunately while testing each of the woofers one sliped while being mounted and knocked the magnet slignly and apparently broke the adhesive hold. The cone isn't locked but the VC scrapes the side when the cone is depressed. I attempted to just realign the cone by realigning the surround but at high volumes it produced distortion. Is there any way to realign the magnet myself or do I have to get the sub serviced somewhere? Thanks for any advice

OUCH!!! >< this has happend to my dr. crankenstine sub! only it seized the sub tight! you couldnt even move it! you better not tamper with it. cause the magnet is pretty damn powerful and if you move, it could wreck the voice coil! take it into a shop that can service it. if they screw it up..thats they're prob they owe you a new sub them! or money! but you might have to pay a little. you better hope the other subs dont do this either!
