i have the kicker 6.5 in. component set but my doors take 6 3/4in is there any way to make it fit?

If it fits into the opening but the screw holes do not line up, you can drill new holes or try to align at least two. Or you can fabricate an adapter out of MDF.

I would try to fabricate an adapter out of MDF, it is what I did with my maxima. I have JL XR's and the mounting depth of the speakers was deeper than the factory cutouts allowed. I used 3/4" MDF to make a riser and it worked out very nicely, it gives it a more polished look and secure mounting.
