Is it possible that anyone can tell me anything about theese subs by looking at them? The owner doesn't know anything about them just that they were powered by an MTX Thunder 1501D. I e-mailed the pic and description to precision power but i doubt that they will get back to me before the auction is over.

PPI = Precision Power. This looks like an older 12" Power Class speaker from before they were bought out by Directed. Probably a dual 4-ohm model but it's hard to tell. Power handling is about 200 watts RMS and 500 peak. Nice SQ sub, designed for a 1.5 CUFT sealed or vented enclosure. IIRC, these sold for about $200 new.

Do you think that it will give me more SQ then my older model 12" MTX 6000 (single voice coil) if i can provide it with upto 360watts RMS?
