Hey all,

I hope someone here can advise. I've got a 2002
renault clio expression with the manufacturers fitted stereo (don't ask me what it is - the manual doesn't say!). The stereo I know has got a line-in
for a CD changer, but does any body know if it would be possible to
adapt that line-in to accept a 3.5mm Jackplug as an input, so that I
could connect my mp3 player without having to use a cassette adapter?

Thanks

Possible?  Yes.  There are adapters like you describe for many different types of head units.  But I cannot help you decide which one you might need for a factory stereo in a Renault, especially since they stopped importing them to the US about 15 years ago...  I suggest you might want to check with a dealer's service department.
