Hey, does anyone know where a good place to hook the Rockford Bass remote at in the car?? I want easy access to it, but if in the car isn't good, is the trunk good? Thanks.

Its a 1998 Chevy Malibu if you need to know.

You can take the controller apart and then drill about a 1/4" hole in a surface and mount it to where only the knob is showing but you do need some clearance behind the panel for the circuit board and cable connection. Mounting it without the housing to me looks cleaner and gives you more mounting possibilities.

to go along with custom jim, you can actually cut the circuit board down if need be. BE CAREFULL. don't cut any of the circuit paths. By doing this you can make it half the size.

Yeah you need it in the car!! You are gonna have to adjust for different cd's and also the tuner. Go with the custom and just let the knob stick out.
