They don't repair them at Clarion...instead, their website gives a list of yahoos for me to call in my state to repair...i've called and nobody knows wtf the HXD10 is.

So I would like to send my deck to someone who at least has a clue to this unit, or the comparable 9xx unit.

Has anyone had any repair work done on a Clarion unit before? Any of the higher models? The HXD10?

You may want to take it to a place that repairs electronics.

not sure if you got your head unit fixed or not, but my clarion vxd925vr sor something like that, not sure of the exact model off the top of my head. But it is the mulitmedia HU with 7" screen dvd, touch screen yadda yadda yadda. I had the same problem you did, when i talked to the yahoos in my state that were authorized clarion service centers. They couldnt fix it, so they sent it to clarion....well that is what they told me, that was a week ago they said it would take 3 weeks, so i am still waiting.
