anyone have any tips/tricks setting up a floating/temporary system to find the best placement for subs and speakers? i am just starting my 94 s10 blazer install and want more quality sound than loudness. any advice appreciated. thanks. brent

I usually mount my head unit and amps, then run extra long speaker wires on the inside of the vehicle over the seats, etc.  This way you can connect up your speakers and move them around.  Use tape to hold tweeters in place temporarily to find the sweet spot.  Be sure to use the same track at the same volume and to sit in the driver's seat for each listening test.
