Does anyone happen to know the wiring colors for the 2004 jeep wrangler?

I am trying to use the switched power from the line out to the factory subwoofer to turn on my FM modulator.  From the cd player/radio I know the colors of the speaker wires, but I am unsure which is the ground, power, and switched.  From the radio there is a BLACK/ red wire, a lime green wire, and a BLACK/ white wire.  These then harness inot an adapter and go to the subwoofer.  When this happens the colors change to white, tan, and dark green, respectivley.  If anyone knows which wire is which that would be wonderful.  Or where I might be able to find a harness with a diagram ( I have looked at metra and the other online companies and they dont have the 2004)

its a 2002 and up chrysler harness
