Hi, I'm getting two rockford fosgate HX2 15's and I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions of what amp I should get and how to wire it. Each sub is dual 4 ohm voice coil,  600 watts RMS. I would prefer the amp to be a mono amp. Thanks in advance for any replies.

Concept CA1210 would do quite nice.

Since you have 2 dual 4ohm speakers, your only options for a mono amp are 4 ohm or 1 ohm. Since an amp that puts out 1200 watts RMS at 4 ohms will be extremely expensive, you will probably want to run an amp that is 1 ohm stable. A good bang for the buck amp is the JBL Powervalve BP1200.1, which puts out 1200 watts RMS at 1 or 2 ohms, which would be a perfect match for your subs. I would search for other alternatives, but I have dial-up right now, boo.

The Lightning Storm mono class D amp is great, but the new Concept amps with the better warranty still get my vote. Wire the subs up in an all parallel configuration for a 1 ohm mono load.

I do love the price of Lightning... cheap dependable equipment.  The only good Lightning series are Storm and Strike though.  Bolt sucks BAD
