clarion HU wiring question

i have a clarion arx8270 cassete player/cd changer control HU. there are two wires comming out of the deck that i dont recognize one is pink the other is brown. anyone know what these do and what they connect to? are they part of the cd changer control? also there are 6 (3 pairs) rca cables comming out of the deck . one set is purple, one grey and one black. which of these go to my sub amp? i dont want to just start wiring things up by trial and error. any help would be great. thanks

no lol if i did i wouldnt need to know where these wires go. i own a shop and recently bought 15 vehicles at an auction. they were forfieted vehicles from drunk drivers etc. a few of them had some decent stereo equipment in them the clarion being one of them. one car had a decent panasonic deck in it but the display didnt light up and the pre-outs didnt put out any signal. i have figured out the wires and pre-outs for the most part. the brown wire is a telephone mute wire. it mutes the sound when the phone rings. the pink wire i still dont know what it does. the black set of RCA jacks is front outs. the grey set rear outs. the purple set go`s to the amp that drives the subs.

hey swimshady, i have a clarion arx6470 and had the same questions recently and was able to figure all wires execpt for that pink wire as well.  i just read your post today, so let me know if you still need wiring help.
