hey guys heres what i have, 3 JL audio 12W6s and i have a JBL power 600x1. my question the max rms of each speaker is 300 so if i hook the 3 to that amp would it still be good. thanks

Also guys what type of box should i put these in ported or sealed. thanks

If you have three JL 12W6v2, put each one in a 1.0 to 1.25 CUFT sealed enclosure (or one large enclosure with three 1.25 CUFT sealed chambers.)  Wire each woofer with both voice coils in series (for 8 ohms) then wire all three woofers in parallel at the amp (for a net load on the amp of 2.66 ohms.)  The JBL will put out about 500 clean watts into this load.  Should sound great.

Yeah I agree with DYohn that is the best way to go. You will get the best sound quality from that, and it will pound.
