Hey, what is acoustic lining, what is it used for and where can I buy some. I heard that if you have too small of a box it really helps to bring out the low frequencies in your subs, is this true?

there is many things you can use. ie. egg crate, poly fill(pillow stuffing)

poly fill is pillow stuffing, you can use as little or as much as you want as long as the sub's  magnet still has proper cooloing space. just make sure you loosely pack the material. and i suggest pulling it apart also.
