can someone tell me how to install a stereo into a 96' grand prix. i don't know which wires are which!

Ok, hopefully you haven't cut any wires yet. It's easier if you go down to your local car audio shop or circuit city or best buy and get an adapter harness for the car (no need to cut wires). You're probably gonna need an antenna adapter as well. If you need to know how to take it out of the dash this site should help you. If you've already cut the wires then this diagram should help out.
