make a box with 3 chambers. You can make a single chamber ,but it is unsafe for your subs. Plus it makes the box stronger so it will not flex when the subs hit. Good luck with your project.

yes good luck and I would build the box with chambers

Is the amp a mono amplifier? If so I would build it as a coupled chamber knowing this before hand. A coupled chamber usually is slightly smaller. It still needs to have adequate bracing internally to keep the walls from flexing. If you have a sub fail, then the whole works is dead. (Screw on panel to cover holes in brace solves this problem). The safest bet is to build separate chamebrs, but it is not always 100% necessary.

I always recomend seperate chambers for subs especially in sealed systems, as the physical differences between subs can cause cancellations in a shared enclosure space.  It is safer, sounds better, and it's more flexible, even if, like Rob sugegsts, the overall enclosure size must be larger.

i agree.  in my experience so far chambered has always sounded better.
