i was wondering if anyone knows of any cheap supplters of dampening sheets also a friend of mine said he has heard of people applying those spray on bedliners and rubberized undercoating instead of sheets.if so has anyone had any sucess with the spray ons any reply would be appreciated

Yes, our shop carries CAE dampening materials, there are several different forms, but the easiest way we have found for inside doors is a spray from CAE. All it really consists of is the same as undercoating, it does have a little different texture, but if you are looking for a cheap suppliment, it will be sufficient. However, if you are wanting to completely dampen your doors, you would have to use a heat shrink type door skin to replace the factory plastic skin. Hope this is helpful.

check out edesignaudio.com as well. they have sheets and also paint-on dampener for relatively cheap.

ice guard for roofing i guess works good,
